TRX Basics
What is it?
The TRX System, also known as Total Resistance Exercises, refers to a specialized form of suspension training that utilizes equipment developed by former U.S. Navy SEAL Randy Hetrick. TRX uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
What to expect:
This 45-min class, designed to introduce you to TRX. We'll go over the basic moves slowly, explain proper form, & modify to your ability.
What to wear/bring to class:
Wear workout clothes & workout shoes, and bring water.
What fitness level?
Any.
Best for beginners, but able to be modified to a more intense fitness level.

Turbo Kick
What is it?
Turbo Kick® is an interval based, full body workout that begins with a sports-specific warm-up. High-paced intervals follow with kickboxing-specific strength/endurance training sequences and easy-to-follow combinations. Class ends with a mind/body-like (think Tai-Chi) cool-down.
What to expect:
This is a 60-min cardio class with some strength training. Although we can modify for any level, you will need to be able to stay on your feet, moving constantly for at least 40min.
What to wear/bring to class:
Wear workout clothes & workout shoes, and bring water.

PiYo
What is it?
PiYo combines the strength training—and body lengthening—aspects of Pilates with the core training and stretching elements of yoga to create an entirely new workout experience. It's low impact and adaptable to all ages and fitness levels. Unlike traditional Pilates and yoga sessions, PiYo is set up like a cardio class, designed to burn calories and make you sweat.
You don't need a background in yoga or Pilates to try PiYo, but some of the same simple poses like Downward Dog and Warrior are used.
What to expect:
This is a 60-min, total body workout using body weight. A combo of cardio, strength, & flexibility.
What to wear/bring to class:
You can do this workout barefoot or with shoes if you prefer.
Wear workout clothes & bring water.
We have some yoga mats, but you are welcome to bring your own if you have one.
What fitness level?
Most.
As always, we can accommodate for all fitness levels, however, this class does have quite a bit of up & down from standing to planking. If you have trouble getting up and down on the floor, this may not be the best option for you.

Flow
What is it?
This class is a combination of moves from PiYo, TRX Yoga, and Mobility / Flexibility classes. Our certified instructors will challenge you, while also keeping you safe by offering modifications for each move. TRX YOGA is a style of vinyasa yoga that uses the TRX Suspension Trainer as a helping hand to make you feel safe to explore a deeper stretch, try new poses, and advance your practice.
What to expect:
45-min class using the TRX and bodyweight.
What to wear/bring to class:
Wear workout clothes, bring water & a yoga mat.
Barefoot or socks, no shoes required.
What level?
Any.

TRX Boot Camp
What is it?
TRX Boot Camp is both cardio and strength training. We use a combo of the TRX bands, body weight, and other equipment for the exercises. Sometimes we do partner workouts, sometimes we do stations, it's always a surprise in the best way!
What to expect:
45 minutes of booty-kicking exercises.
What to wear/bring to class:
Wear workout clothes & workout shoes, bring water.
What level?
Any.
We can modify exercises for any fitness level, whether you need an option to accommodate for an injury, or an option to kick up the intensity!

Core
What is it?
Core is a 45-min class, performing exercises that target the major muscles that move, support and stabilize your spine (abs, obliques, & more).
What to expect:
45 minutes of TRX & bodyweight exercises.
What to wear/bring to class:
You can do this workout barefoot or with shoes if you prefer.
Wear workout clothes & bring water.
We have some yoga mats, but you are welcome to bring your own if you have one.

TRX Suspension
What is it?

45 minutes on the TRX band. Not usually much cardio at all.
What to wear/bring to class:
Wear workout clothes & workout shoes, bring water.
What level?
Any.
We can modify exercises for any fitness level, whether you need an option to accommodate for an injury, or an option to kick up the intensity!

Open Gym
What is it?
This circuit training class has 8 stations, combining TRX, boxing, weights, bodyweight exercises, and more for a 35min, total body workout. We change it up each time, so you don't get bored. Instructors will be there to help with proper form & technique to keep your workout safe and effective. You can go through the circuit as many times as you can handle.
What to expect:
About 35-min of full body work, plus warmup and stretching.
What to wear/bring to class:
Wear workout clothes & workout shoes. Bring water.
What fitness level?
Any.
All moves can be modified for low impact.

TRX Strength & Stretch
What is it?
This class is a perfect blend of strength training exercises and flexibility training. 30 minutes of strength training, followed by 30 minutes of stretching.
What to expect:
60-min strength training & flexibility, using the TRX band, equipment, & body weight.
What to wear/bring to class:
Wear workout shoes at least for the first half.
Wear workout clothes & bring water.
We have some yoga mats, but you are welcome to bring your own if you have one.
What fitness level?
Any.
Perfect for beginners, but modifiable for all levels.

TRX Barre
What is it?
Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It helps strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk, and it improves your posture. This class typically uses a ballet barre, but we kick it up a notch by using a TRX band to keep you using your core for stability during the entire class!
What to expect:
60-min class using bodyweight, TRX bands, light dumbbells, a yoga mat & sometimes resistance bands.
We limit this class to 7 people total, so each person has their own band throughout the entire class.
What to wear/bring to class:
You can do this workout barefoot or with shoes if you prefer. Wear workout clothes & bring water.
What fitness level?
*While this class can be modified for all levels, we wouldn't recommend starting with this class if you're new to exercise.

Boxing Boot Camp
What is it?
Boxing Boot Camp is a circuit training class with boxing basics, HIIT, and strength training.
What to expect:
60-min class with different stations. You'll hit a heavy bag, mitts, and do strength training.
No boxing experience necessary.
What to wear/bring to class:
Wear workout clothes, shoes and bring water. We have boxing gloves you can use, or bring your own if you have them.
What fitness level?
Any.

Cheeky
What is it?
Booty work! This class will target your glutes (booty) and hamstrings (back of thighs). We'll use a combo of moves and equipment to build that booty! Which will not only make it look good, it can also help with low back pain, associated with underused butt muscles.
What to expect:
45-min class using TRX, bodyweight, and other equipment.
What to wear/bring to class:
Wear workout clothes, shoes are optional.
Bring water.
