TRX

TRX is a type of training that uses your own body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, coordination flexibility, core and joint stability.

TRX can be modified for any level. From newer clients lacking strength, to people with previous injuries, all the way up to experienced athletes. With the TRX Suspension Trainer, you're able to un-load certain exercises, which allows you to progress gradually, without injury. 

PiYo

What it is:

PiYo combines the strength training and body lengthening aspects of Pilates with the core training and stretching elements of yoga to create an entirely new workout experience. It's low impact and adaptable to all ages and fitness levels.

This class is more fast-paced than traditional yoga. 

What to wear:

Workout clothes, no shoes required. 

TRX Barre

What it is:

Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates, however, this class puts a twist on the classic Barre class. We'll use the TRX band instead of a barre, so you'll be sure to use your core the entire class. 

What to wear:

Workout clothes, no shoes required. 

Mat Pilates

What it is:
