Cancellation Policy

Classes - As a courtesy to our instructors and other clients, all class reservations must be canceled at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid penalties. - No-shows or cancellations made within 8 hours of the class will result in: - One class being deducted from your class pack (no refunds), or - A $10 no-show/late cancellation fee for members. - This fee will be automatically applied to your account and must be paid before booking your next session. - If you have an overdue balance, your account will be temporarily suspended, and you will not be able to book any classes or sessions until the balance is paid in full.
