Q: What is TRX?

A: TRX which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, is revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.

Q: Where does the name No Filter come from?

A: It has a few meanings.

We were tired of seeing nothing but filtered photos and unrealistic body types and fitness goals on social media, so we decided to change that.  We wanted to show what real bodies, real goals, & real fitness looked like. 

Also, sometimes our music and mouths deliver unfiltered content, so beware...

Q:  Do you offer monthly memberships? 

A:  No.

We only offer class packs & drop-ins right now. We love fitness & dedicate some of our free time to teaching, but not all of our free time. Because of that, we don't want to leave you hangin' & paying for a full-month membership when we might have to cancel classes. 

Q: Do you offer 1-on-1 sessions?

A: Yes!

Q: Is TRX for beginners?

A: Yes!

TRX is for all fitness levels. That's the beauty of it. You can make it as easy or as challenging as you'd like. 

Q: Can people with injuries come to class?

A: Ask your doctor.

If they say yes, we would love to have you in class! We are happy to offer any modifications you need. 

Q: Is this a women's only studio? 

A: No way!

Men are welcome to attend. We consider our studio a "Glam Studio" because we're girly and fabulous, so as long as the men don't mind, join us if you're ready to get a booty-kickin'!
