Classes

Each class is 45 minutes, including a warmup, cooldown and stretching. 

All of our classes are limited to 10 people or less, so you get the individual attention of a one-on-one training session, with the ambiance of a group fitness class. We have over 25 years of combined experience teaching fitness, so we are prepared to offer modifications and / or upgrades to ensure our clients are continuously challenged, while remaining safe. Translation: be ready to kick some major booty in our class! All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged. 

Our goal is to keep our classes fun and allow you to focus on yourself for a small portion of your day, so please keep that in mind once you enter the studio. In order to make it enjoyable for every client, we ask that you keep your cellphones off and the talking to a minimum while class is in session.
