Cris Esposito
Welcome, I'm Cris, and I have lived in Fallon for over 30 years. I have a wonderful
husband and our blended family of 6 children, 9 grandchildren (and counting), and a
doggie. We love to travel, camp, and spend time with the ones we love.
Fitness has definitely been a journey for me and got a serious upgrade when I first
became a grandmother. I was not going to be the “sit in a rocker” type, and the change I
needed to make was a transition from incidental activity (daily movement, parenting,
errands) to intentional fitness (structured workouts, specific goals). That’s when real
changes start to happen.
A big part of my transformation came from being part of a supportive fitness community
at No Filter Fitness, where I built strength, confidence, and meaningful friendships.
That experience gave me the confidence to become a TRX Strength instructor and
shaped the way I teach today. I enjoy leading classes that focus on building strength,
confidence, and creating a space where people feel comfortable showing up exactly as
they are, without pressure or judgment, and having a few laughs along the way.
Whether you’re brand new, a little nervous, or already feeling strong, I’ll meet you where
you are (and promise not to do anything too crazy, sometimes).
My mission is simple: help you get stronger, feel better, and be part of a community that
makes you want to keep coming back.
Current Vibe: Strong, not stuck in a rocking chair
