Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other clients and our instructors, you must cancel your reserved spot in class

8 hours before your scheduled class in order to

avoid penalties. No-shows or failure to cancel within the 8-hour window means you forfeit your class

(one class is removed from your class pack)

and will not be refunded.

 

We understand, life happens, so please call or text us if you have any questions and we will be happy to assist you (775) 219-9973.

 

Once purchased, class packs cannot be refunded. If you would like to pass your class pack to another person, we're happy to do a one-time transfer for you.
