Class Descriptions
TRX
TRX is a type of training that uses your own body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, coordination flexibility, core and joint stability. It's suitable for all levels from newer clients lacking strength, to people with previous injuries, all the way up to experienced athletes. With the TRX Suspension Trainer, you're able to un-load certain exercises, which allows you to progress gradually, without injury.
TRX can be modified for any fitness level.
Wear workout clothes and workout shoes.
PiYo
PiYo combines the strength training and body lengthening aspects of Pilates with the core training and stretching elements of yoga to create an entirely new workout experience.
It's low impact and adaptable to all ages and fitness levels, however, this class is more fast-paced than traditional yoga.
Wear workout clothes. No shoes required.
TRX Barre
Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates, however, this class puts a twist on the classic Barre class. We'll use the TRX band instead of a barre, so you'll be sure to use your core the entire class.
TRX Barre can be modified for any fitness level.

Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Exercises are performed on a mat, meaning, no reformer is used. In this class, you hold movements like planks, side planks, and core exercises to build your muscle groups and core strength. We will give you options to use bands, exercise balls, and sometimes even small weights to help level up your Pilates experience.

Boxing Boot Camp
Unleash your inner fighter! Join our high-energy, low-impact Boxing Boot Camp and experience a total-body workout designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a complete beginner, we will guide you through every punch, ensuring you get the most out of each session. With dynamic circuits that include strength training, hitting the heavy bag and hitting mitts, this 60-min class flies by! Never boxed before? No problem! Our classes are tailored to accommodate all skill levels. We'll teach you the fundamentals, to make sure you feel confident and capable.
Boxing Boot Camp is more intense than some of our other classes, but can still be modified for any fitness level.
Wear workout clothes and workout shoes. We have boxing gloves you can use, but if you have your own gloves, you can bring them.
Hot Yoga
A power yoga class, all levels welcome.
Get ready for heat, power, and feel-good flow in our signature hot yoga class. Expect an energizing vinyasa-style sequence with strength-building movements, dynamic transitions, and plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself.
The room is heated to around 90 degrees with added humidity, creating a warm, invigorating environment that supports movement and a powerful sweat. All levels are welcome, and you’re encouraged to move at your own pace, but be ready to breathe, work, and tap into your inner fire. You’ll walk out feeling centered, strong, and refreshed.
Gentle Yoga
A yoga class for all levels & will include modifications.
Melt into the calm with our Gentle Yoga class.
We slow things way down with long, cozy holds (2 to 3 minutes) that work deep into your fascia, ease tight muscles, and help your nervous system exhale. Think soft movement, grounding postures, mindful breath, and that “I didn’t know I needed this” kind of release.
If your body feels tight, your mind feels full, or you just need a moment to breathe… this class is your spot.
