Service Description

This class is a combo of cardio and strength, using TRX bands and bodyweight exercises on the floor. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other clients and our instructors, you must cancel your reserved spot in class 8 hours before your scheduled class in order to avoid penalties. No-shows or failure to cancel within the 8-hour window means you forfeit your class (one class is removed from your class pack) and will not be refunded.
