Service Description

What to bring: water, yoga mat if you have one, no shoes TRX Pilates is a hybrid workout that combines traditional Pilates with the instability and resistance of TRX suspension training. It uses body weight and suspension straps to build core strength, stability, flexibility, and balance while engaging more muscles than traditional Pilates or TRX alone. This method adds an element of instability to Pilates exercises, creating a functional and challenging workout for the entire body

Cancellation Policy

Classes - As a courtesy to our instructors and other clients, all class reservations must be canceled at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid penalties. - No-shows or cancellations made within 8 hours of the class will result in: - One class being deducted from your class pack (no refunds), or - A $10 no-show/late cancellation fee for members. Account Status - If you have an overdue balance, your account will be temporarily suspended, and you will not be able to book any classes or sessions until the balance is paid in full.
