-4-week course -Saturdays at 10:30 am -90-min classes Join us for a relaxing and informative Yoga 101 Workshop, perfect for beginners or anyone looking to deepen their practice. This workshop will cover foundational poses, proper alignment, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Whether you're brand new to yoga or want to refine your basics, this session will leave you feeling confident and empowered to continue your yoga journey. All levels are welcome—just bring your mat, an open mind, and a desire to learn!
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our 4-week Yoga 101 Workshop! Please review the following policy before booking to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience: Course Duration: This workshop is 4 weeks, consisting of four 90-min classes. Payment for the entire course is required upfront to secure your spot. Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-attendance or early withdrawal from the course. Attendance: While attendance for all classes is encouraged, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. You are not obligated to attend every class, but please note that refunds will not be provided for classes not attended. Make-Up Classes: If you miss a class, there will be no make-up sessions or partial refunds. We encourage you to communicate any scheduling conflicts in advance, if possible. Course Changes: In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class, we will make every effort to notify you in advance and provide suitable alternatives. Health and Safety: Please consult with your healthcare provider before starting the workout course, and inform the instructor of any health concerns or conditions.
